For your convenience, all albums created by Your Time to Relax are available in CD and downloadable mp3 formats with 3 levels of relaxation to choose from: "deep", "deeper", and "deepest". Deep relaxation sessions are approximately 10 minutes long and will help slow your breathing down to one full breath every 10 seconds (a full breath includes inhaling and exhaling.) Deeper relaxation sessions are around 15 minutes long and gently guide you to taking one full breath every 11 seconds. The deepest relaxation programs are about 20 minutes long and will gradually ease your breathing down to an extremely relaxing one full breath every 12 seconds. Paradise!
